Food Pantry Request

What to Expect

Accessing Pantry Resources

Parents or guardians will be asked to complete the request form below each time they are requesting services.

Once the Health and Wellness Director receives the form, they will contact the resource coordinator of the child’s school to verify attendance and then work directly with the parent or guardian to arrange for services. Parents or guardians will travel to their local Kroger location to pick-up their order at the date/time requested.

Our goal is for this process to be as easy, quick and confidential as possible, and for you to get the most out of the resources available to you. Please considering reviewing this list of Kroger budget friendly meals before submitting your request.
